Wow, I don't know. If she had reason to believe she was in danger I would say she could claim stand your ground. But then after she shot him, she got in her car and left!

Somethings fishy about that. Most people would be very upset w/ shooting someone. Just to drive off like that. The guy still comes at her when she has a rifle?
