Aren't you a little embarassed that you and the Black Panthers share the same view about jews?  

Also,  what if the jurors get wind of stuff like this?  They may be intimidated and be afraid to be known as "one of those jurors who let Trayvon's murderer go free" when they are deciding their verdict.

It's a helluva thing.  

My next door neighbors are black and we get along as well as anybody.  Just because we got to know each other.

But a month ago I was in Charlotte NC staying at a motel and needed to get downtown.  Instead of taking my car and facing the impossible downtown parking situation I decided to take the bus since it went right in front of my motel and straight downtown.

When I boarded the bus each way it was all black folks and they all looked at me like I had just shot their dogs and slapped their mamas.  Because I am not one of their group,  I'm one of my group and they defined me that way without knowing a thing about me.  The same as the white group defines the black group.
It was the spookiest feeling I've had in some time.
When it comes to race,  it's "us vs them" all the way.  There are no individuals in that game.  Only groups.
Unless,  as I said,  the individuals actually get to know each other.  But that happens so infrequently it might as well not even count.

Great post cool. Young people are going to be the answer.  Most of our American young people couldn't care less what color somebody is. Time will change it all. I wish I'd live long enough to see it happen, but I'm happy enough to have lived long enough to see a black president. I never believed that could happen in my lifetime. Whether I like him all the time or not doesn't have anything to do with his race. And sometimes, I don't much like him.   When you can like or dislike somebody and it doesn't have anything to do with race is when this country will be free of prejudice. And if you stay healthy you will live long enough to see a woman President (Clinton) be elected if the republicans don't come together, which is not going to likely happen.

Well there are no good Italians ...Mafia  No good Irish...IRA.....I am sure every ethnic group as it's no goods...The Jews have the Zionists which are no good. So no not embarrassed why be embarrassed over the bad behavior of others. I am personally embarrassed enough over having been duped into fighting for an unjust war in Vietnam...that's enough for a lifetime.
