42 Afghan village elders meeting to discuss a chromite mine killed in your name

It turns out the people controlling our drones consider any males 20 to 40 to be possible terrorists. So 42 village elders meeting to discuss a chromite mine are "wasted."  And they had already informed the Pakistan army of their scheduled meeting.  Evidently, to one of our drones, they looked like they might be terrorists.
