This makes me sick.  This poor little girl didn't have a chance.  What was her mother thinking?   But mostly, what was the State of Florida thinking when they repeatedly let this convicted monster out of prison?  They kept letting him out until he finally found a stupid, sorry woman with a innocent little girl.

Jesus Christ! These people need to be executed. Did you believe the other child's grandmother brought the child to the McDonald's to him under the guise of a C&F worker? How can people be so damn dumb?

I cannot believe how stupid people can be.  And I am mad at the justice system for letting this guy walk free after repeatedly trying to abduct children.

I honestly believe people who do these things should never be let back into society again. I'm not saying they should be imprisoned but sent somewhere to an island somewhere w/ others like him because you can't cure them of this.

I'm watching the local news on this now.  The monster has a 16 year old step child that is listed as "missing".
He's 56 years old...you have to wonder if this little girl is the first child he's murdered.

The girl's father speaks.

It sounds as if he tried to get custody of his daughter but was denied.

It happens a lot....a mother is not always the best choice. Hopefully the legal system will wake up.

I read elsewhere a few days ago, where family members said the Mother of this child, was a very "protective" Mother of her children. Really now. This pervert approached her at Dollar General & offered to take her to Walmart & buy clothes for her kids. She lets him take the child to buy burgers alone two hrs later. Pathetic.

If he had a house next to the judges, he never would have been released from prison..  The damn judges create the problems with plea bargaining and reduced charges..

Especially in the cases of these monsters....there should be some crimes classified as so horrible and those that commit these crimes should be moved to the front of the hot shot line...Agree or disagree with Bill O'Reilly but he frequesntly exposes these judges that have a record for allowing these animials back on the street...If this is done because of mandatory sentencing guidelines then the laws need to be changed...It's funny to see these judges avoid the cameras and answering questions...

Not only in child abduction/abuse cases, but also in rape, and DUI cases.  How many drunks have multiple DUI arrests and are back driving drunk without a license or insurance?  Some of them get away with it for years and some of them eventually kill innocent people.

I agree...but you have to throw the State Attorney into the mix. They plea bargain and reduce charges prior to cases going to court.

Nothing against plea bargains for some instances that aren't violent type crimes but they shouldn't be the norm for repeat offenders...In the cases that are classified the justice should be swift with no deals...

The judge is the one that accepts the plea bargains and is the one letting the child molesters, rapists, drunk drivers, and others out with shorter sentences so they can committ another crime..  Vote them out if they allow plea bargains for crimes that harm another victim..  Same thing with the state attorneys

This says that 90% to 95% of criminal cases result in plea bargaining.
