A study by the business consultancy Frost and Sullivan found that unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) account for almost 10% of Israel’s military exports. Sales have declined from a peak in 2010, but Israel has recently signed a $100m deal, not included in the figures, with India to upgrade its drones.

so that's how they came to agreement. hmmmmm

You can bet the geopolitcal alliances are ever changing, but Pakistan is India's natural enemy, and certainly Israel is going to leverage a double whammy against militants, and the very real possibility that Pakistan is going to be the flash point in the world.....not Korea.
