She is in jail, and they tell her that she has tested positive for HIV, and they need to know all her sexual partners. She is 22. She gives them a list of 7 people. They leak it to the media.

We can bitch about our system.....but Italy has legal traditions going back 2000 years, and it is one screwed up mess.

agreed... I didn't know she had returned. The last trial was clear cut that there was no credible evidence.

How did they justify another? and why did she return? I haven't kept up with it lately... thinking it would go nowhere.

She is in Jail the first time awaiting trial. She begins loosing hair and is deeply depressed contemplating suicide. She is being called the devil by her jailers, people in court, when her jailers take a blood test. They then tell her that she is HIV positive and they need all her sexual partners......she gives them, and the jailers leak this information.....her sexual partners to the press as the frenzy of trying to make her into a wanton vixen.....was successful.
