So if the Syrian regime is killing innocent civilians, and an American goes to fight the corrupt government........we indict, try, and sentence him to 15 years.......even help him with his bus ticket from Turkey to Syria..........

You just don't understand all government organizations need criminals or poof the Alphabet organization disappears. They may have to invite some 80 IQ types into the country and nurse them along but hey it's a living....If you don't have criminals you don't have all those scarey black uniforms, helicopters, evil looking black pursuit vehicles and lotsa guns and then there's those tanks with tires....Takes a lot of criminals to generate enough false fear to make bank on all that stuff...
