We are having stuffed bell peppers.

All should know, I dont cook for myself. But I do cook occasionally. When I do it's like a special treat. And most of the time involves a cook out or a holiday lol

So what did you have for dinner tonight?

I'll take the peppers, but you can have the pineapple. She puts a little of everything on her pizza. Hamburger, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, peppers, you name it, but no pineapple or anchovies.

I am a big fan of all types of peppers, so I'm curious as to what you are stuffing into those peppers? Don't tell us what you are eating and not share the recipe or pics of the final product.

Tonight's dinner: Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, corn
But hubby had a late lunch of leftover pizza a while ago so I guess dinner will be kind of late tonight.

Sweetheart, havnt you heard? I dont cook, very rarely. I'm a good cook, but thats not my job around here. I'm the mule.

I will say what I can about it though. rice, hamburger , tomatoe sauce, spices dont know which though? onion. I watched her cook em. She boiled em some first. Then stuffed em and baked em.

They were YUMMY! I ate one for left over yesterday for lunch.

last night we had 15 bean cajun soup HOT! with steak and also boiled squash and onions. I only had a little steak, Im trying to watch my meat intake.

Why?

Are you still on the no pork or meat thing? Razz

If it makes you feel better, I made rice and stewed tomatoes and some broiled seasoned squash to go with it.

I do eat meat, just not loads of it. I don't eat pork. I rarely eat beef, just mainly turkey and chicken. I do like rice and squash.
