The "Monsanto Protection Act" effectively bars federal courts from being able to halt the sale or planting of controversial genetically modified (aka GMO) or genetically engineered (GE) seeds, no matter what health issues may arise concerning GMOs in the future. The advent of genetically modified seeds — which has been driven by the massive Monsanto Company — and their exploding use in farms across America came on fast and has proved a huge boon for Monsanto's profits.

There seeds work. Drought and still record yields which would have been destroyed by a lesser seed. Seven bucks a bushel and over 200 bushels an acre yield...........2 buck corn and 100 bushel an acre........not that many years ago......tell the American farmer to go back......that these evil seeds are bad for us......

This infuriates me. Im surprised some of the other people on here don't speak out against this. Id like to sign a petition against this.

We are headed down a very scary road where a few people have control over food supply. the gmo seeds to not replant good. it has caused poor farmers over seas to go broke and they are starving because they didn't understand that saving seed from the crop this year would be crap for next years crop. weve contaminated our food supply. and farmers almost have been forced into doing so. its a big evil business and I saw a program where farmers were trying to go it alone and they were getting sued because some gmo seeds blew in and contaminated their crop.

this whole gmo thing really worries me. its going to be a combination of this with large wars that blast the population back to min and destroys the developed society to where we start over maybe sooner than one thinks. could be less than a thousand years for that to happen, which is long for us, but baby steps on the clock of earth history.
