TEO, that is a photograph of the largest Italian sausage ever made. It was created in San Prepostterrisia, Italy, and took first place in last years annual contest, The red color is actually clinging sauce from the pot in which it was cooked. What appears to be fangs are just casing remnants where it split open during the cooking process.
