So, if these people don't like Christmas, let's make sure they do not take any days off on Dec 25th when the rest of us are celebrating. They can also refrain from having off on Good Friday as well.

What's you point? Why do you find in necessary that people must celebrate Christmas. Can't those of us that do not believe in Christmas be left alone without the harassment of all you pseudo Christians?

I would gladly work on Christmas Day had any of my ex-employers would have allowed it or had the company been opened on that day. So don't come on here giving us non-believers your holier-than-thou attitude.
