I also canceled 30 minutes after I signed up and I was charged. I suggest you people make a complaint to your State Attorney General's Office consumer Protection Division. I am. I called after I saw the charge on my bank account and was told I didn't cancel which is untrue.

You still spent far too much for a defrost heater. I bought one online for less than 30 bucks and installed it myself. I very seldom use any appliance techs for any work I have done with the exception of a sealed system for which I do not have the equipment to recover the refrigerant.
