What the hell is Studer saying?

Lol, Has Stoder been drinking the olive oil again? Quint is lying through his teeth. He wants people to "think" we've not finished some projects w/o asking what projects he is referring to.

I do know of ONE project that was in the works but never materialized. Stoder signed a contract to build a 60,000 sq ft office building ON THE maritime park property. This NEVER happened. Its one of those unfinished projects Quint must of been referring to lol.

He probably had no intention f constructing that building. It was part of the scam, the biggest in the history of Pensacola.

Must be a box full of stuff, pictures, files ect.! It's hard to believe this "deal" ended up with nothing but a ball park. $50M - a lot of money - I don't care who you are.

This whole thing is something that needs to be studied from the very git go by the Florida Attorney General and his staff because the citizens of Pensacola did not get what they will be paying for over the next several years.
