Anyone with the sense of a damned turnip knows to treat all weapons at all times as if they were loaded. Seems to me this guy shouldn't be a law enforcement officer.

I have been tased before (by a man who broke into my home in the middle of the night and attacked me), and it has caused me some serious issues on which I'd prefer not to elaborate at this time. I simply CANNOT IMAGINE the harm it would do to a 10-yr old kid to be Tased by THE POLICE!

Poor kid. Geez, what a terrible story.
