The only positive thing I can think of about this is that it will tick off the military because they are being robbed of funds appropriated for them.
Anything a Republican ever does to tick off the military makes me happy, because they've been such slovenly Republican puppets for years now.
Just proves Trump doesn't mind stabbing his friends in the back to get whatever he wants. He's a 300 pound 2 year old with a kitchen knife and a mother who believes in "time out" as punishment.
