The likelihood of him ever being locked up is vanishingly small. If he's impeached, I expect he will be pardoned ala Nixon.

The one real chance of him paying any real price is lawsuits over his private business affairs. I don't think it will happen but I'd love to see him and his kids sued into personal and corporate bankruptcy and lose all their properties.

He is going to face trials. NY is not going to give him a pass on the Charitable Trust. In Illinois we are used to executives going to jail.
