With cheap labor costs and technology probably stolen from the US, China is building a fleet of advanced DDG's, maybe not as advanced as the DDG's in the US but they will be a force to be reckoned with.

China has long term goals and anyone who doesn't respect their intentions of becoming the major RIMPAC force is not paying attention.

They are alreay a major RIMPAC force and have extended their power reach worldwide...

As long as the world thinks we are weak, other strong and up and coming nations will flex thier muscles in hopes of being the next new world power.

for those who dont want to be seen as a world power, know the consequences of that. Because someone WILL step in and be the world power if we are not, and we may like them a lot less than us.
