The Procedural bill passed, but the gallery broke out in a chant....kill the bill....don't kill us.....shame....shame......shame.

John McCain had an opportunity to do the right thing. He did his duty. I was partially disappointed, but hopeful people will fix the ACA and quit the politics.

President Trump is claiming credit for defeating ISIS at his press conference now going on.....We did more in four months than the prior administration did in eight year.

This guy is whacked.  The Iranian and shia militia defeated ISIS....not Americans, and President Obama started the whole process which folks said required American boots on the ground.   If this guy pats himself on his back for non existent credit anymore, he will be the hunchback of Trump Towers.

So...guess what? McCain stepped up to the plate this time, and he did it in such a way that, if I'm not mistaken, has forced a full vote instead of reconciliation. Thank you, Sen. McCain, for doing the right thing. Thanks to Senators Murkowski and Collins. And a huge thanks to the Democrats, whose aggressive opposition is really what "killed the bill", notably Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I?), Sen. Patrick Kennedy, III, Sen. Al Franken, et al.

More Republicans need to cross to fix the ACA. I heard on the radio coming home that Schumer is working on the same.

I should have had more faith in a truly honorable man.
