Just another killer cop who shot a psycho patient in the back . . .

The killer cop escaped justice and wasn't prosecuted for the murder he committed.  Now his employers are facing a mammoth lawsuit.  See the shooting on video in the link below.

And people wonder why I don't trust any cops, and you shouldn't either!
