After President Obama was elected in 2008, Democrats won seven consecutive special House races, retaining six seats and flipping one GOP seat to a Democrat.

In 2010, the Democrats lost the House in a wave election.

And, of course, there's also this--in Bloomberg, the journal of the ruling class, fergodsakes!:

America leads the world when it comes to access to higher education. But when it comes to health, environmental protection, and fighting discrimination, it trails many other developed countries, according to the Social Progress Imperative, a U.S.-based nonprofit.

The results of the group’s annual survey, which ranks nations based on 50 metrics, call to mind other reviews of national well-being, such as the World Happiness Report released in March, which was led by Norway, Denmark, and Iceland, or September’s Lancet study on sustainable development. In that one, Iceland, Singapore, Sweden, and the U.S. took spots 1, 2, 3, and 28—respectively.

So confused. A woman beat a white guy in an election and the left is angry! When the white guy beat the woman in an election they were angry. Make up your minds. Be consistent.

Ah wrong again , we just got control( defined as both houses) of Congress in 2014. Along with your reading issues, math is one as well.

The Democrats will gain seats in the House. They will not take the senate back. I find it amusing the term "we"......some folks are really invested.

It's funny that you look at those races in terms of gender, while the Democrats were looking at them in terms of competence. And, in that, we were completely consistent.
