Part of why America is tired of the Democrats and the Nanny state.

Those regulations and red tape sure put the kibosh on business start-ups, expansions, and job growth.

Of course, to Democrats, there weren't near enough new regulations.

The power and pressure the govt exerts on small biz and self employed shows the govt agenda. There are also all kind of rules/laws about "who" can invest in an entrepreneur... and how. The entire directive of the central govts role in our economy should be reassessed. Govt should just be the referee.
