Talk is that Romney may concede Ohio, and Wisconsin looks lost. In fairness the gap has closed in Florida and Virginia, but without Ohio and Wisconsin....the race is over.

Chuck Todd......Romney will need to make the decision to pull resources out of Ohio.....it is lost.
