President Obama is making a mistake. Let Congress investigate and let the new President decide policy in regard to the alleged attacks from Russia. If President Obama cyber attacks Russia and starts a retaliation, he will be gone in less than a month from office, and unfairly burdening the new President. I agree that there should be retaliation. However, like the Bay of Pigs where Ike stuck Kennedy in mid operations with a mess, President elect Trump should make the decision whether to proceed with retaliation. There is plenty of bipartisan support for further sanctions and retaliation if the investigations prove Russian involvement, but that should not be President Obama's call. It looks vindictive toward Putin. It should be a measured response by the new congress and President.

To me it would be no different than the Israeli lobby trying to impact the election, and if they had been hacking the Democrats, it should not be the lone ranger, but a consensus of national policy against Israel for interference in an election. We would certainly expect due process and investigations which brought certainty to retaliation. Foreign nations and their lobbyist are always trying to impact elections in America, it is just the illegal nature of these hacks which must be addressed.

Would that be the same action he took on Syria when he drew red lines for Assad not to cross? LOLROFLMAO.

So what was hacked? Hillary's server? Voting machines? Toro caca. This is a lame excuse for the Democrats because they cannot handle the fact that they lost the election.

Given Lame Duck President Barack Hussein Obama's thin skin, arrogance, vindictiveness, and steadfast refusal to take the blame for ANYTHING, I would not put it past him to intentionally make the situation far worse.

He's already sold them the farm... what else can he negotiate (give) away?

Most everyone knows by now that you can't trust a word out of Obama's mouth.

Is it because he "vows" to take action that makes you liberals believe him? Just curious, because the man is a known liar.

Typical of what we have seen from Lame Duck President Barack Hussein Obama. He goes on TV and tells us HE TOLD RUSSIA TO "CUT IT OUT"...then boards Air Force One for 17 fun filled days in Hawaii.
