All politicians use language to say what they do not mean. Astute Americans know to be observant of body language when a politician speaks and to decipher sound bites from real information. Obama'a no different and often couches his words. Obama's not the quick minded politician that Clinton is. Romney comes across as "slick" and virtually always gives a sound bite without information.

While BHO is a well known liar he is also incredibly narcissistic. Not really unusual for a politician but he takes narcissism to a whole new level, particularly given how obviously incompetent he is.
