What PeeDog fails to address in this lame thread is that Republicans are famous for electioneering--especially when it comes to stifling minority voters or people they do not want voting.

Democrats tell us that voter ID laws are unnecessary because voter fraud doesn’t exist. Besides, they like to point out that making someone prove who they are and are eligible to vote is racist somehow. Much like everything else, democrats are wrong; voter fraud does exist. A TV station in Los Angeles has uncovered hundred of dead people who have cast votes in multiple elections.

CBS 2 did an extensive comparison of voter records and death records and discovered that hundreds of people who have passed away still managed to make it to the polls:

CBS2 compared millions of voting records from the California Secretary of State’s office with death records from the Social Security Administration and found hundreds of so-called dead voters.

Specifically, 265 in Southern California and a vast majority of them, 215, in Los Angeles County alone.

The numbers come from state records that show votes were cast in that person’s name after they died. In some cases…they voted year after year.

John Cenkner died in 2003 but has voted in elections in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2010.

Julita Abutin passed in 2006 yet cast votes in 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2014. The Los Angeles County Registrar confirmed that they received mail-in ballots from Abutin.

Edward Carbajal Jr.’s father died in La Puente in 2001 but state records show a vote was cast in his father’s name in eight elections after he passed away.

Of the dead voters, 86 were registered Republicans and 146 were registered Democrats. When I first saw this, my reaction was: bullshit, they’re aren’t 86 living registered Republicans in LA County. Then I realized that just because someone is registered as a Republican doesn’t mean they have to vote Republican. I think we can all agree that every single one of these fraudulent dead votes are going to democrats.

Sal, the actual number is 31...but the conclusion is the same. Actual in-person voter fraud is a myth perpetuated by a losing party.
