The murder of Terence Crutcher by a female police officer was on-camera and has outraged the nation, once again. Clearly, by their actions and their words, the cops involved didn't see Crutcher as a citizen with car troubles needing help. They saw him as a black bad guy.

Circling above the action at about 400 feet altitude, another cop in a helicopter commented: "That looks like a bad dude too. Probably on something."

The victim had his back turned to the officers, and his hands raised, and was resting his hands against the glass of the closed driver's side window, when he was tasered and shot to death.

Nowhere in the video is there any indication whatever of resistance by the victim. Nowhere.

And the war between America's law enforcement officers and the people of America goes on .... and on ... and on ...

When commissioner May was stopped for no reason, I was outraged. A man of color being treated like a criminal, yet this man had a broken no law, and once again attempts are trying to be made to attack the victim. Already there is talk that this man had drugs in his cars as the typical attack of black male victims of a crime are attacked. Enough. His sister who is a doctor has been very gracious. This man loved singing and was going to a music appreciation class. Without video this story would not have been told. Worse was the comment from the police helicopter which an officer said "this guy looks like a bad one".........the problem is systemic. We see NY police in a gun battle with an alleged terrorist shoot him in the legs, yet a black man who had a broken down vehicle gets shot with his hands up......fatally. This officer needs to be indicted for negligent homicide, and sadly she needs to go to jail. Until police are sentenced to jail sentences like all citizens of this country the problem will not go away. Training and a new national standard of deadly force must be implemented. If anybody does not think America is scared to death of black males, and this does not spill over into our politics and police work......they are only fooling themselves.

If every African American this Saturday refused to play football across the nation for three weeks. The immediate result would be legislation, but if black males will not have the courage of a back up QB from San Francisco, do not be surprised that the Oligarchy is going stop using them as shills in their police state to steal America. It is time for a widespread boycott in America......Dr. King gave his life so that these young men could have careers, yet they watch their fellow black citizens slaughtered in the streets, and murdered in the cities as the drug war has made it very lucrative to be bangers, and nothing......no changes in politics and no changes in the police state.

http://www.dailywire.com/news/7264/5-statistics-you-need-know-about-cops-killing-aaron-bandler#

Here are five key statistics you need to know about cops killing blacks.

1. Cops killed nearly twice as many whites as blacks in 2015. According to data compiled by The Washington Post, 50 percent of the victims of fatal police shootings were white, while 26 percent were black. The majority of these victims had a gun or "were armed or otherwise threatening the officer with potentially lethal force," according to Mac Donald in a speech at Hillsdale College.

Some may argue that these statistics are evidence of racist treatment toward blacks, since whites consist of 62 percent of the population and blacks make up 13 percent of the population. But as Mac Donald writes in The Wall Street Journal, 2009 statistics from the Bureau of Justice Statistics reveal that blacks were charged with 62 percent of robberies, 57 percent of murders and 45 percent of assaults in the 75 biggest counties in the country, despite only comprising roughly 15 percent of the population in these counties.

"Such a concentration of criminal violence in minority communities means that officers will be disproportionately confronting armed and often resisting suspects in those communities, raising officers’ own risk of using lethal force," writes MacDonald.

MacDonald also pointed out in her Hillsdale speech that blacks "commit 75 percent of all shootings, 70 percent of all robberies, and 66 percent of all violent crime" in New York City, even though they consist of 23 percent of the city's population.

"The black violent crime rate would actually predict that more than 26 percent of police victims would be black," MacDonald said. "Officer use of force will occur where the police interact most often with violent criminals, armed suspects, and those resisting arrest, and that is in black neighborhoods."

2. More whites and Hispanics die from police homicides than blacks. According to Mac Donald, 12 percent of white and Hispanic homicide deaths were due to police officers, while only four percent of black homicide deaths were the result of police officers.

"If we’re going to have a 'Lives Matter' anti-police movement, it would be more appropriately named "White and Hispanic Lives Matter,'" said Mac Donald in her Hillsdale speech.

3. The Post's data does show that unarmed black men are more likely to die by the gun of a cop than an unarmed white man...but this does not tell the whole story. In August 2015, the ratio was seven-to-one of unarmed black men dying from police gunshots compared to unarmed white men; the ratio was six-to-one by the end of 2015. But Mac Donald points out in The Marshall Project that looking at the details of the actual incidents that occurred paints a different picture:

The “unarmed” label is literally accurate, but it frequently fails to convey highly-charged policing situations. In a number of cases, if the victim ended up being unarmed, it was certainly not for lack of trying. At least five black victims had reportedly tried to grab the officer’s gun, or had been beating the cop with his own equipment. Some were shot from an accidental discharge triggered by their own assault on the officer. And two individuals included in the Post’s “unarmed black victims” category were struck by stray bullets aimed at someone else in justified cop shootings. If the victims were not the intended targets, then racism could have played no role in their deaths.

In one of those unintended cases, an undercover cop from the New York Police Department was conducting a gun sting in Mount Vernon, just north of New York City. One of the gun traffickers jumped into the cop’s car, stuck a pistol to his head, grabbed $2,400 and fled. The officer gave chase and opened fire after the thief again pointed his gun at him. Two of the officer’s bullets accidentally hit a 61-year-old bystander, killing him. That older man happened to be black, but his race had nothing to do with his tragic death. In the other collateral damage case, Virginia Beach, Virginia, officers approached a car parked at a convenience store that had a homicide suspect in the passenger seat. The suspect opened fire, sending a bullet through an officer’s shirt. The cops returned fire, killing their assailant as well as a woman in the driver’s seat. That woman entered the Post’s database without qualification as an “unarmed black victim” of police fire.

Mac Donald examines a number of other instances, including unarmed black men in San Diego, CA and Prince George's County, MD attempting to reach for a gun in a police officer's holster. In the San Diego case, the unarmed black man actually "jumped the officer" and assaulted him, and the cop shot the man since he was "fearing for his life." MacDonald also notes that there was an instance in 2015 where "three officers were killed with their own guns, which the suspects had wrestled from them."

4. Black and Hispanic police officers are more likely to fire a gun at blacks than white officers. This is according to a Department of Justice report in 2015 about the Philadelphia Police Department, and is further confirmed that by a study conducted University of Pennsylvania criminologist Greg Ridgeway in 2015 that determined black cops were 3.3 times more likely to fire a gun than other cops at a crime scene.

5. Blacks are more likely to kill cops than be killed by cops. This is according to FBI data, which also found that 40 percent of cop killers are black. According to Mac Donald, the police officer is 18.5 times more likely to be killed by a black than a cop killing an unarmed black person.

Despite the facts, the anti-police rhetoric of Black Lives Matter and their leftist sympathizers have resulted in what Mac Donald calls the "Ferguson Effect," as murders have spiked by 17 percent among the 50 biggest cities in the U.S. as a result of cops being more reluctant to police neighborhoods out of fear of being labeled as racists. Additionally, there have been over twice as many cops victimized by fatal shootings in the first three months of 2016.

Anti-police rhetoric has deadly consequences.

Your stats tell the whole story......7-1 shooting of blacks, but anybody who has a brain understands that racism is alive and well in America. The issue is the police state. Here is Seaoat's solution:

1. Appointment of Special prosecutors in every state who can convey grand juries and investigations of every use of deadly force by a police officer in America. After an independent investigation by this agency, and officer will be absolved, or prosecuted. Families will still have civil lawsuits, but Americans will know that fairness will be applied to police shootings. My daughter is a prosecutor and her summer party in her backyard is filled with twenty police officers who she works with day in and day out......if she authorizes charges in a police shooting, her office will lose the cooperation of the police and teamwork which puts bad guys in jail. This shifting of responsibility to a statewide special prosecutor solves this problem.

2. Legislation which addresses the use of deadly force, and a nationwide task force which deals with the use of deadly force with new statutory standards in the use of the same.

3. Training. Once the standards are clear, every police officer needs to have a gradient of response with deadly force and the fatal shot as the LAST resort. I would suggest the development of an additional option between a tasar shot and a fatal bullet. I would have a national consortium for gun manufacturers to come up with the technology which can stop a perp better than a taser if training requires such a response, and short of a fatal bullet. So the response would be codified"
a) when do you use the taser;
b) when do you use a more harmful technology TBD but less than a bullet;
c) targeting which is non lethal and specific by legislation;
d) lethal targeting, but with specific and clear cause which does not give a blanket pass to say officer safety.......officer safety must be an objective standard which must be applied which states would a reasonable trained officer in that situation respond with deadly force.......I was scared, or I thought he was going to do something will not pass this test. What would a reasonable well trained officer do in those circumstances will be the standard, which again will be judged by special prosecutors.

Instead, of more training for police, I believe that these CITIZENS need training. Ninety percent plus of these fatal shootings would have been avoided had the subject simply complied with the orders given by the police. Instead, they seem bent on copping an attitude and "demand" to be shot.

More fascist BS. We live in a republic which is governed by a constitution and statutes which do not give police the right to use deadly force because I choose to ignore their commands until they are explained. A man with his hands above his head moving slowly was murdered. This was a homicide. It was a negligent homicide, but American citizens are not slaves......we are not serfs......we are citizens and if a storm trooper comes to us we have an absolute right to know under what basis this officer has to take our freedom away. Do they have an arrest warrant? Absent an arrest warrant can they articulate probable cause for an arrest because absent that I will give the officer my full name and then ask them if I am under arrest and that I have no desire to speak to them. You simply are a fascist and would have fit nicely in with the brownshirts in Germany in the 1930s.

One thing for sure -- every time a black suspect is gunned down by a cop and videos show the victim is unarmed and appears to be cooperating, the odds of innocent cops being gunned down by citizens at large increases, dramatically.

So if you're a cop, and you want your fellow officers shot down, go ahead and shoot when it isn't necessary. You'll achieve your goals.

Reality.

Despite Markle's fascist-racist perspective, the truth is all too many black suspect-victims are gunned down by frightened, abusive cops who see their targets as scary bad dudes even when they are doing their best to cooperate and comply.

One thing for sure, if you're black and cops pull you over while you are driving, for speeding, for not wearing a seat-belt, or for a broken tail light, the issue is, without doubt, a life and death matter!!   Better to flee and risk being shot that way, or stay and do what the cop asks for and still be shot to death -- because you're black?

Welcome to modern American justice.

In 2015, The Washington Post launched a real-time database to track fatal police shootings, and the project continues this year. As of Sunday, 1,502 people have been shot and killed by on-duty police officers since Jan. 1, 2015. Of them, 732 were white, and 381 were black (and 382 were of another or unknown race).

Okay, I'll accept your figures ... cops shoot down innocent whites as frequently as they do blacks. If that keeps going, eventually whites confronted with police situations will be as scared and vulnerable as blacks. Maybe then we'll start to get cops who see people as people and not as the enemy.

And surely, there will be terminal penalties paid by cops for shooting innocent suspects to death. And the cop war against the American people goes on. And on!

Maybe Markle should teach all the dead innocent white suspects just to comply and not cop an attitude ....
