Police shoot deaf man.......how scared is our law enforcement community with people carrying guns?

Training may help, but anybody who thinks that someone may be armed is scared for their lives. Up to 1/3 of police incidents of violence are dealing with people with disabilities. A deaf man who does not hear a siren or see the lights pulls up to his house and gets shot to death........other countries do not allow these type of shootings, and they have statistically so many less shootings of citizens. I cannot give a link, but just saw this sad story on TV......I am so tired of scared police and dead citizens.
