This was their constitutional argument......that our founding fathers in the second amendment were worried about citizens being able to take on the government which had become tyrannical........more guns........more killings.....more police.......more hate.......more death.

There are sane solutions.

The cause is that they believe the govt police is unjust. Isn't that the intention in the constitution?

Without that cause... the gun just sits there inactive. Right?

by golly let me help you.....they needed arm citizens to join local militia to bring back run away slaves.........please take the time to read the background of the second amendment.......damn.....who knew the slaves would be taught to read and apparently form their own militias. who knew.

PLEASE show us your source and link to which states or cities where it is legal for anyone to own a working fully automatic gun.
