It is typical.  However, I fully expected the crazy defendant to calmly look at the judge right at the end, and say......Judge, I am making a motion instanter to have you recused,  to have the trial continued,  to have a new court appointed Public Defender, and I would ask that the transcript be prepared from this hearing as I will ask dick sucker to make an immediate interlocutory appeal to the Appellate Court have you recused for your unprofessional conduct this afternoon.
