Republican Tennessee State Rep. Andy Holt has said the AR-15 is not a military weapon and is no different from any other rifle. He is giving away two AR-15s to lucky constituents to promote his campaign. He has brushed-off accusations of being insensitive in the wake of the Orlando mass killing last week.
