All her aides subpoenaed to testify have the same lawyer.

It's a recipe for a conflict of interest for the lawyer... unless the goal is to coordinate the testimony. I'm surprised it's allowed.

I haven't taken the initiative to seek answers to this but I saw a story yesterday that the latest story circulating that the FBI has 142 agents dedicated to HRC, emails, whatever, is completely false . . . . most probably two perhaps three . . . . pure political propaganda, if true, but it tis the season!

The Washington Post printed the 140+ story and later found out the number is "less than 50" and printed a correction.

I'm tired of newspapers printing unsubstantiated garbage and then retracting it...other outlets have already run with it...not so many people will even know there is a retraction. The NYT is also guilty of this.

I believe you are off by five.

There are 147 agents dedicated to the Clinton emails. I do not know if that includes the investigation into the corrupt Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation.

Please show your source and link.

FBI to Interview Hillary Clinton – 147 FBI agents involved in investigation!

The line between liberal political punditry and outright, unapologetic, liberal political activism at MSNBC has faded to the very vanishing point.

In the latest promo for his All In show, Chris Hayes boasts "I'm not just a passive witness. I am not there to just tell you a story. I'm there to act out: to do it in real time—to do politics, not talk about it." There's something comic about Hayes' delivery. He speaks with all the manic strength and conviction of President Obama laying down a red line to Vladimir Putin. View the video after the jump.

He is your source is he not? A far left opinion piece with nothing to support his statement.

It's not going to go anywhere. Hillary is not responsible for emails sent to her. She can't classify them.

She certainly is responsible for the secret, illegal server she and Bill had set up at an unsecured location using an unsecured Blackberry or two.

If FBI Director James Comey feels no deadline pressure to wrap up the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server, he should.

“The urgency is to do it well and promptly. And ‘well’ comes first,” Comey told local law enforcement agents in Buffalo on Monday, according to the Niagara Gazette.

“Well” is important. But so is “promptly,” and the FBI’s definition of that is unclear.

The probe, underway for a year now, addresses a fundamental question: Did Clinton intentionally or recklessly forward classified information in a way that put the country at risk?

Getting the answer sooner rather than later seems only fair.

Personally I prefer that the investigation be done well and thoroughly.

Curious that you're on the side that she is guilty. The difference is whether it is gross negligence or intentional circumvention of the law.

That comes down to how much time she would have to serve. Nothing that can be ignored. Most likely though, her closest advisers will be the ones thrown under the bus. Headed by Huma.

Either one.....as both will put an end to her political aspirations for good. They all need a cell in Gitmo.

As a staunch democratic socialist, I thank you all for helping define Hillary!

Go Bernie, go!

They can send Hillary to Gitmo after these two assume their rightful place there:
