Delta employee arrested with more than $282,000 in backpack

http://www.cnn.com/2016/03/28/us/delta-employee-arrest/index.html

This happened down in Palm Beach.

The criminals are recruiting airline employees, flight attendants, etc. to commit criminal acts at airports. When will these folks start smuggling bombs past security checkpoints?

It only takes the right amount of cash to buy an employee. TSA agents are not professional employees....they are entry level OJT.

The entire tsa is a bad joke and should be dissolved. The airlines themselves would do a much better more efficient job.

There should be five private firms approved for contract work in airport security. It should be bid, and firms should be rated and monitored by the TSA. The TSA was an emergency response. It is time for a reasoned response where competition brings out the best screening at the lowest cost to the public and airlines.

I agree.....placing our safety in the hands of untrained personnel is ridiculous. MINIMALLY trained security is not the answer. We need to follow Isreal's standards.
