Increasingly, federal youth prisons across the country utilize solitary confinement as a control tool. The results, of course, are disastrous.
You can hate Obama because he's black, liberal, a supposed Kenyan, Muslim, etc. etc. etc. But once again this executive move shows he at least cares about people the way a good guy should.
No wonder republicans who love to judge and punish everyone hate him so passionately.
