Are you losing your mind. Please play poker with me.....I will drive to tally and pick you up. Your risk assessment and understanding of probabilities make you a poker players dream. First, you underestimate terrorist. You assume some old guy in gitmo is the only way they can make bombs and attack America. Second, there is no declared war. None. So you have a common criminal who is being released. What is the rate of recitivisim in America......does that mean we do not release people when there is a high probability of them committing a crime again. Nonsense. Again, 1 American dies a week from terrorists, and you create fear about some old guy being released.......the limo is on the way.

Mr. Obama is the President of the United States and serves as Commander-in-chief. He doesn't call the SEALS. He orders them to perform missions that he deems important.

The SEALS are not an equal to the Commander-in-chief.
They do not call on the President ... FOR ANYTHING.
