Brings to mind that old saying.  "Clothes make the man".
I guess that explains why I never made it.  Clothes bought at the Waterfront Mission won't do it.  lol

I am sure he's got italian loafers with duck tape holding them together...he's the richest poor man ever lived...

My wife and are laughing our asz off....seaoat in designer clothes......the apple did not fall far from the tree.....my son also duct tapes his shoes.....and he is a high powered loop real estate professional. Once and oscar always an Oscar, but I better be careful......somebody is going to see me at the Pace Lowes and figure out who I am.......I may have to put on those designer shoes.

I'll bet they are comfortable,  seaoat,  and wearing them around the house is
good.  Hell I go barefoot in the house.  And in the summer sometimes I run around the house only in my boxers. 

BUT,  please tell me you were kidding when you said you wear them to Lowes or anywhere else in public.  I'm about the second cheapest person in town,  and even I would be embarrassed wearing that in public.  lol

Probably would be the perfect shoes to wear on the corner of I-110 and Brent Lane though.  Just get a cardboard sign to hold and you'll be in business.
But also have a dog with you.  That really brings in the money.  lol

I wore the shoes to the fish house.....priceless the way my wife and I were treated as they sat us at the far north end away from other customers......I always like to leave a VERY large tip when I am prejudged. We are still clearing land, and there are shrub spears which will pierce the sole of gym shoes, so when I separated the sole from those work shoes, I did what I always do with a comfortable shoe.....duct tape it and continue working.

Way to go Seaoat.
