I would like to get a safe ceramic heater.....any suggestions

Just as a way of keeping the house cool, but the bedroom warmer.

Thanks. These are supposed to be so much safer than the old space heaters.

I'd first check Consumer Reports. They and cnet.com have always been reliable sources for me.
