On March 21, 1861, Stephens gave his famous Cornerstone Speech in Savannah, Georgia. In it he declared that slavery was the natural condition of blacks and the foundation of the Confederacy. He declared, "Our new Government is founded upon exactly the opposite ideas; its foundations are laid, its cornerstone rests, upon the great truth that the negro is not equal to the white man; that slavery, subordination to the superior race, is his natural and normal condition."

He changed his views and worked to make the constitution true to its words.  Stephens said the very origins of the confederacy was inequality and that the confederation of terrorists would work to subjugate the black man by force of government......Lincoln emancipated slaves, won the war, and did the righteous things which make this country great.....the terrorists slithered under rocks where they occasionally slither out causing harm to America.

Actually the terrorists won the civil war and now run the country...

It was the institution of slavery itself...not the Civil War...that "enslaved us all". Some of us are enslaved by our own prejudices. As for the "states rights" argument and nullification...this again has been commonly used to enshrine actions by certain individual states which are in direct violation of the US Constitution. If you don't like being a citizen of the United States, by all means move to some other country.

And in turn now progressives like you support violating the Constitution by continually granting special privileges to their specially chosen minority groups raising them above others thereby violating the 14th Amendment and Civil Rights Act.
