I agree.  The best thing that could happen to this country is for the dems and the reps to get farther apart and hate each other more.  The best thing that could happen is to escalate the war of words we have now to a real war where the dems and reps start killing each other.

Do you actually understand how government works? The president doesn't just get to do whatever he/she wants. You understand that, right? There is a house, senate, and executive branch. Are you not familiar with this?

Obama can present policy ideas all day, but if the House stonewalls them, that's it. There really isn't much that can be done.
