Limited education? You are aware that we provide public education... and ANYONE that so wishes and is willing to work at it can achieve higher education. The opportunity is available. There must be other issues at play... wouldn't you agree?

Part of intellectualism is the ability to take in ALL available information... not just that which is politically convenient.
