He was carrying a pistol in his pocket, and it discharged. The bullet ricocheted, injuring one woman, and four others were injured by shattered glass. Luckily, all of the injuries were not serious, but all of those injured required treatment at medical facilities.

What a rube the macho gun-owner is. Why would someone want to pack heat at a wedding in a famous hotel?

Accidental discharges can kill.....

Considering the location of the article is NY where people don't have as much opportunity to engage in gun practice due to stupid laws which restrict it, that might be the reason why stupid things happen at weddings in NY
