Trick Question, what is the policy semi-retired President Obama has to destroy ISIS?

His strategy is to let the folks who are in the mess to find their own way. Once we invaded a sovereign country the die was set. Disengagement does not mean leaving 38k Americans in the Middle East like Korea, rather it is the recognition that there are not critical American interests in Iraq, or for that matter most of the middle east. We are not a colonial power, and not the successor in that role post colonial support of regimes carved out randomly to allow the Oligarchy to steal oil from the citizens of these countries.

The real 'trick question' is, will the Republican obsession with ISIS , the Ukraine, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and other places they want to send the U.S. military to cost them the 2016 election? The Republicans are currently fearmongering about all of the hobgoblins outside our borders, without saying anything about how they intend to grow our economy beyond 2017. Are they simply trying to scare voters into supporting them?

If the economy keeps going in the direction it is going throughout the remainder of Obama's term, they had better have some answers about how they will improve the economy when the debates start happening later next year.

This administration does enough "fear-mongering" for everyone. Of course the blind hypocrites on here can't see it.

Jan. 27: Obama calls al Qaeda-inspired groups 'jayvee'

Feb. 7: Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson calls ISIS a 'matter of homeland security'

May 28: Obama says al Qaeda affiliates and extremists are today's 'principal threat'

June 24: Secretary of State John Kerry says officials are 'surprised' by ISIS’s capture of Mosul, Iraq

July 23: State Department's Brett McGurk calls ISIS a 'full-blown army' worse than al Qaeda:

Aug. 8: Obama says US has a 'strategic interest' to push back ISIS

Aug. 20: Obama calls ISIS a 'cancer' after the beheading of U.S. journalist James Foley:

Aug. 20: Kerry calls ISIS 'evil'

Aug. 21: Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel says ISIS is 'beyond just a terrorist group'

or.........this highly successful Administration which won by two landslides because they told the American people they would disengage from stupid wars.....is the foreign policy which was voted by the majority of the American public......Americans simply want disengagement and these sophomoric propaganda attempts to goad America back to stupid, simply do not work on this forum, and they will not work in the 2016 election......

Disengagement does not mean girl scout uniforms, and spilling blood and wealth on idiotic Foreign policy does not make heroes....... but pawns of the Oligarchy and war profiteers.......The foreign policy is not ambiguous, it is not complex, and it is not unexpected. The President campaigned on the same and has been right every step of the way.
