Just finished our Easter Brunch.......kids and grandkids come over for Eggs Benedict.

Man, I would kill for a chocolate Easter Bunny right now........
I do have a stash of Cadbury caramel eggs in my dresser...... They are delicious!

I wish I could just eat dark chocolate. I have some 72% cacao in my desk drawer, but it does not have the taste that milk chocolate has.

In a medical emergency (a pinch) milk chocolate may be substituted for dark.
