Obama emailed Clinton at private address, didn’t know ‘details’ of account

By Ben Wolfgang - The Washington Times - Monday, March 9, 2015

President Obama communicated with Hillary Rodham Clinton via email but didn’t know the “details” of how his secretary of state was using a private, off-the-books email address, the White House said Monday.

“They did have the occasion to email one another. … He was not aware of the details of how that email address and how that server had been set up or how Secretary Clinton and her team were planning to comply with the Federal Records Act,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters. “The president did email with Secretary Clinton. I assume he recognized the email he was emailing back to.”

It was revealed last week that Mrs. Clinton did not use an official government email address during her four years in charge of the State Department and conducted all business on a private account. The administration previously has said the president learned of the email scandal via news reports.

Right now, Hillary is seemingly the number one democratic candidate for president.  So it figures everyone will take shots at her -- meaningful and otherwise.


At least she doesn't see Russia from her porch.  And unlike Senator Cotton, we don't know for sure if she's taking big campaign contributions from the MIC.


Can't wait till the republicans put up their first 238 primary candidates!!  LOL

HRC gets BIG money from the financial sector, she is owned body and soul by Wall Street. Her foundation also accepted money from overseas while she was SecSate. She is as dirty a player as any other politician in this age of big money access to politicians.

OK, I admit I exaggerated about the number of republican primary candidates for president.  The correct figure is 237, or it seems that way ...
