Antartica is melting....vice Tv reports tonight that NASA is measuring massive loss of ice

The talking points have been that Antarctica ice was not melting.....ooops. Ice penetrating radar using the most state of the art equipment. 70% of the Earth's fresh water is stored here. 3000 laser shots per second and been collecting data for twenty years. The ice melting is beginning to accelerate. Ice sheets are disconnecting from the continent.

We have been lied to by climate deniers who have been saying sea ice is expanding. Land ice is a kilometer thick.....sea ice is a meter thick......we are being lied to, and the science is certain. three to five meter sea level rise. My houses on garcon point are 13 feet above sea level.....they will be 1 foot over sea level......Santa Rosa Island is gone.

Three degree rise in temp on Antartica since 1950. We are screwed and the traitors and evil has pushed their lying propaganda as our world and grandchildren's world is being destroyed by man's pollution.

Bangledash is the canary in the mine sea level monitor. People are losing villages and land as much as 300 yards in very short periods......rain storms with six or seven feet rising water.....a little sea level change cause great loss of land....as much as 17% of their land. Bangladesh may be untenable already.........their land is simply disappearing with 25k homes destroyed since 2009.

How long will the liars continue....how long. No wonder some people ran away from this forum.

I once saw the aftermath of someone who was struck by lightening....... do not be under a tree or get out of a car....chit happens, not very likely, and like a terrorist attack or anarctic ice and the horrors of the same, chit happens, and it will happen again and you can either live your life or huddle in your home worrying about lightning or antarctic ice...... put up a statute and make an offering.....or get a posse and lynch somebody.....but if it is lightning or antarctic ice......do not stand under the tree..... do not go to Antarctica.

Geeez Bob please do not have a hissy fit because I think it is cowardly to keep talking about how you want to torture folks who are terrorist and cause harm.  It is silly Charles Branson theatrics and has nothing to do with the universally agreed human tragedy of terrorism and war.  Our justice system can do fine putting them in jail to rot, or executing them if the law calls for the same.  More people will die and be tortured, and it is not a callous lack of concern, rather a common sense approach to support those methods of avoidance of such violence rather than going into a seventh grade girl's hysteria which is exactly what terrorism goals are. Chit will continue to happen and perhaps much of Boston violence could have been avoided. To that end I am all in.....eye for an eye bravado.....does not accomplish a thing, nor protect anybody.

However, the concept of Global warming and melting ice is real and folks are trying to deny the same.  It is not being a scardy cat to acknowledge the same and try to stop the lies, which Vice was quite successful starting with the Easterly expansion of one meter sea ice which all the deniers claim is growing polar ice, when along the western continent the ice is one kilometer thick and massive ice is being lost.   I am not scared at all of Global warming because I will be dead soon enough, but I certainly am a proponent of logical and effective methods of minimizing the impact of the warming.   Not bluster or theatrics, just commons sense with guidance from the science.

Being disgusted by the horrors of a terrorist attack is a given, so please stop this silly idea that you are the only one who is disgusted, and that somehow the horror has not reached most Americans. However, nobody wants to get on your self indulgent revenge train where macho talk of torturing those who are terrorists not because it would bring some level of justice, rather there are better civilized methods for trials and punishment. Asking if the terrorist is cute and attractive to people who believe violence begets violence and torture and eye for eye rhetoric is counterproductive and has little to do with a civilized society......is a tell as to how someone's mind works. The trial will end, and the punishment will be dispensed, and not one of the victims will be made whole.......unless they are sick puppies who want folks tortured thinking somehow that makes everything ok....it does not.
