The NSA's inspector general last year detailed 12 cases of "intentional misuse" of intelligence authorities from 2003 to 2013 in a letter to Senator Charles Grassley, of Iowa, the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
A tempest in a teapot. About one intentional misuse of data a year......billions of records a year, and one intentional misuse of the same.......this is getting stupid. Statistically this would be like a person being struck by lightening, bit by a shark, catching Ebola in Houston, and pitching for the cubs in the world series all in the same year........this is a HUGE problem....not.
