Obama recently told The New Yorker that he "wrestle[s]" with civilian casualties. But, he said, he has "a solemn duty and responsibility to keep the American people safe. That’s my most important obligation as President and Commander-in-Chief. And there are individuals and groups out there that are intent on killing Americans -- killing American civilians, killing American children, blowing up American planes."

Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International issued a pair of reports in October fiercely criticizing the secrecy that shrouds the administration's drone program, and calling for investigations into the deaths of drone victims with no apparent connection to terrorism. In Pakistan alone, TBIJ estimates, between 416 and 951 civilians, including 168 to 200 children, have been killed.

Over 133k civilians deaths in Iraq since 2003, and 23k have died in Afghanstan while we are in the process of withdrawing conventional troops and decreasing military air actions in both countries and putting more emphasis on drone selected targeting and avoiding conventional military action, which has resulted in much less collateral damage and civilian death. War does kill civilians.

Schitzo analysis of the President as a war monger, becomes hilarious when put in context of your posts.......The President is not starting a military response in Syria, Ukraine, and now Iraq and in so doing shows the weakness of America......fricking hilarious.

The National Transitional Council estimates that at least 25,000 Libyans were killed in the seven months Obama bombed Libya.

As you know, those are fewer civilian deaths per year and total for that time period than occurred when Sadam Hussein was running the country.

You might also be advised that we, and Iraq WON that war, established peace in the country all to be lost by semi-retired President Barack Hussein Obama.

Contrary to his promises, whatever they were worth, we now have troops on the ground again...in Iraq, more troops will be left in Afghanistan and GITMO is still open and will remain open.

Our enemies scorn and are laughing at us while our friends no longer trust us.

I like your number the best. 200k innocent civilians died because we argued that Al Queda had a presence in Iraq and Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.......President Obama got us out of that slaughter, only to watch what we created continue with innocents being slaughtered, and 400 innocents get killed by drones and you think the problem is drones and President Obama?
