Well insurance organizations had pinned their hopes (a little on the pubs) that a good deal of this law would be repealed, but all the journals and organizations have conceded the pubs have tabled most of everything they were elected on, even Cruz has shut up. I think the most that can be asked for at this point is the employer mandate is done away with and the family glitch is fixed. Other than that the industry has agreed it is here to stay.
Now to see if insurance company's will stabilize their rates next year because the average person around these parts cannot afford insurance unless their subsidy is around $500 or more a month. So the govt expects people to forego a raise to keep their income's low to afford insurance. One thing for sure the company's who have low balled will definitely have to raise their rates or get out of the market.
