Think about it, this cop can't show his face in public anymore. He's a target for racial pay-back, and he knows it. He has no choice but to get away, try and disappear and always wonder who's that behind him?

Some life ahead of him and his immediate family.

The question is not whether "Wordslingers" balls are bigger  than anyone else's here most especially a lady, but whether this shooting was the result of racial fear. Clearly, if you read the evidence, it was not.

What SheWrites rightfully said was the line between chaos and looting, rape and pillage are the uniforms on that thin line.

Making a decision after being punched in the face and then charged by a 290 pound teenager who was holding drugs and had just assaulted a store owner is something totally differnt than sitting behind a typewriter on a laptop and spewing out BS. Color of the criminal/assailant was never an issue.

There are three independent witnesses to the murder. The prior act, the initial contact and shot at the police car are all irrelevant under the law. The question is did the officer have a justifiable reason to shoot a citizen in the back and then continue to put bullets into him after he had raised his hands. This is simple murder. He should be indicted. This is a smoke screen to buy time. This will go to trial. There will be charges this officer will face. Justice will prevail and a trial will happen. However, the smoke screens and slight of hand will not change the independent witness accounts. All of which have not been officially taken as they cleverly try to write the officer back story. Seen this too many times in person to find any deviation from what is happening every day across this country.

What me judge? Wilson admits he was terrified by Brown, so I don't need to defend my observation that Wilson was afraid.

If your reading skills were a little better, you'd realize that from my POV both Wilson and Brown were victims. Brown was black and big and Wilson fears Black people because they're black. Wilson is a white protestant from Missouri, a white police officer in a town that's predominantly black, unemployed, and living below the poverty level. The 67 man police force has three black officers. The city pushes the cops to write traffic violations at a high rate to raise revenues. Many more blacks are harassed and fined for broken taillights, etc., than are white drivers.

Missouri is a famous hotbed for bad relations between blacks and whites.

Like I said, both Wilson and Brown are victims. And the current destructive riots now taking place in Ferguson are the frustrated expressions of an oppressed minority.

And whether Wilson is guilty of murder or not, this incident will follow him through the rest of his life -- and he'll definitely be a target.

See, that's the problem ....

.... there are at least six eyewitnesses who say that Brown didn't charge, but instead was turned toward the officer with his hands raised.

They have not changed their accounts.

The prosecutor called them liars.

That absolutely is not his job.

That's one of the reasons there should've been a trial.
