ah, but President Obama does not play checkers.....he cannot wait until the Supremes or the Republicans start taking health care away from sick Americans with preexisting conditions.....it will get no better when the chit hits the fan when the Supremes say that folks on the federal exchanges will not get subsidy.......checkmate for the President.......and a one way ticket to the White House for Hillary......stupid cannot be fixed.

The answer is that two credible and reputable law firms turned it down........John is in a bad place........he has to feed stupid, so he sued to show how tough they are going to be........not much hope to change a thing in the next three years of appeals to the Supreme Court, which the President will be body surfing in Hawaii. However, the Supreme Court review of the federal exchanges and the legislative intent.....this is a minefield for Republicans.....the best thing that could happen for Democrats would be the Supremes sending the federal exchange language back to congress for clarification ............Kaboooooooom......game over......checkmate as millions begin losing medical benefits.....real people and real families.
