The murder charge against a Milton day care provider has been upgraded again.
Thelma Denise Lowery had been charged with second degree murder, in the death of a 15 month-old boy.

Investigators say the child had injuries consistent with Shaken Baby Syndrome.

A Santa Rosa County grand jury has now indicted Thelma Denise Lowery for first degree murder.

The State Attorney's office says, if she is convicted as charged, she will face life in prison without parole.

I don't think she planned to shake him to death.....but she did. The massive brain injury the child had would have immediate sympyoms.
